Gathering of Geeks is nearing the end of its first year, and thus season! November’s guest was May Lo, who does all kinds of art, from modeling to singing and painting! These two absolute dorks start out discussing how May got into modeling, and traverse topics like geekdom, insecurity, and make-up, but also cover more traditionally geeky subjects, like their mutually growing interest in sci-fi, as well as their mutual enthusiasm for the Avatar: The Last Airbender series.
Not only that, but they briefly discuss the idea of an extended Kyle MacLachlan universe, the kinds of characters they play or would play in Mörk Borg, and go on and on about how the “will they, won’t they” dynamic has been done to death and how everyone is ready for sitcoms to move on!
